Terms of Service

Transform is a self-directed leadership and performance development program. It provides structured lessons, workbooks, assessments and an AI coaching assistant. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and the AI coach does not provide any of those services.

Outcomes depend on your engagement. We build the structure — practice, reflection and measurement — but we cannot and do not guarantee specific personal or professional results.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials private. One account is for one person; accounts are not transferable.

Sessions last up to 7 days. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at help@jointransform.com.

The program costs ₹1,999 as a one-time founding price (the standard price is ₹4,999), paid through our payment gateway, Razorpay, and activated automatically once payment is confirmed. Access codes skip payment and activate an account directly.

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card details.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by writing from your registered email to help@jointransform.com. Once a refund is processed, access to the program is withdrawn.

A purchase grants lifetime access to the program as offered at the time of purchase, including your completed work and certificate.

You agree not to share, resell, scrape, or redistribute course content, and not to misuse the platform or the AI coach (including circumventing usage limits or attempting to extract the coach system).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we will tell you why.

Course content, frameworks and platform material belong to Life Speaks / Transform and are licensed to you for personal use within the program.

Your reflections, workbook answers and goals remain yours. They are private to your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The diagnostic produces a reflective growth snapshot, not a clinical assessment. The AI coach provides program-related coaching, not professional advice.

The platform is provided as-is; we work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
