Transform is a self-directed 90-day practice journey for ambitious professionals, founders, and leaders. Ten modules and 63 lessons connect focused teaching, practical reflection, goals, and accountability.

In Timeline mode, one module unlocks each week, with six or seven lessons in each. Plan time for teaching, reflection, and assessments, then practise between lessons. In Self-Paced mode all modules are available immediately. The 90-day journey provides a framework for learning and continued practice; the time you need will vary.

Teaching content (video, audio or guided reading), written reflection prompts, tools for SMART goals and actions, and an AI assistant for lesson questions. Complete the teaching and accountability check to record lesson completion.

The Transform book and practical workbook are the source foundation of the programme. The purchase is for the online learning experience; physical or downloadable copies are not included.

No. Transform is self-directed and includes AI assistance for the teaching and its application. Live sessions and one-to-one human coaching are not included.

Learn is the teaching itself. Reflect is the private workbook. Goals turns the lesson into a SMART goal and trackable actions. Coach is the AI assistant, grounded in your lesson and progress.

Your lesson reflections are encrypted on your device before they are saved, and the key stays on your device — the stored copy is unreadable without it. No other learner can see your records. Honest limits: on a new device you'll need your 12-word recovery phrase to open saved reflections; support can see account records (not the scrambled reflection content); and no system can promise protection from every possible attacker.

It answers questions about your current lesson and situation, grounded in your progress, reflections and scores — and ends with one clear next action. It's warm but honest: it doesn't flatter, and it doesn't invent data. It also reviews your application assessments.

It doesn't give medical, legal, financial or mental-health treatment advice. It's a coaching tool for the program's disciplines — for clinical support, please see a qualified professional.

Before a lesson counts as complete, a short comprehension check confirms you understood it. One question at a time, scored by the server, with unlimited retries — it's a gate for your own good, not an exam you can fail out of.

Each module ends with a comprehension assessment (scored instantly) and an application assessment — a real question about your own situation, reviewed by the coach. Passing is 70%, you can resubmit, and 90%+ earns the Assessment Excellence badge.

A streak counts consecutive days where you completed at least one action — practising, not just opening the app. Milestone notifications fire at 7, 14 and 30 days.

Yes. Transform is a progressive web app: open it in your phone's browser and use “Add to Home Screen” (iOS Safari) or “Install app” (Android Chrome). Key pages work offline once cached; new lessons need a connection.
