Timeline
One module unlocks each week.
The experience
Move from understanding an idea to choosing what you will do with it. The programme connects teaching, reflection, action, and accountability in a rhythm you can return to.
Inside the programme
Work through the ten modules as a connected journey. Each lesson gives you a place to learn, reflect, set goals, and ask the AI assistant for help.
Step 1
Work through the teaching in your lesson: video, audio, or guided reading. Begin with a principle you can examine in your own life.
Step 2
Use the written prompts to connect the teaching to your circumstances. Your reflections save to your account so you can return to them.
Step 3
Create a SMART goal and break it into actions you can track. Decide where and when to practise what you have learned.
Step 4
Complete the accountability check and module assessments. Revisit your goals and progress to decide what needs more practice.
A real application
The questions are drawn from the curriculum. The sample actions illustrate how reflection can lead to a practical next step.
Module 4 · Mastering Your Internal Dialogue
Before your next meeting, write down the point you want to contribute. Choose to share it, even if your first instinct is to stay quiet.
Real curriculum questions, with illustrative next steps. These read-only examples do not collect or save your answers.
Choose your rhythm
The 90-day journey is a framework for learning and continued practice. Your learning mode controls how the ten modules become available.

Support for the work
Short lesson checks help you review your understanding. Module assessments ask you to understand and apply the material, with opportunities to retry.
Ask questions about a lesson or work through its application. The assistant supports the programme’s disciplines; live human coaching is not included.
See completed lessons, track goal actions, and revisit your work. A certificate records completion; personal results depend on your participation.
